A reception will be hosted by the Division of Mission and Ministry's Faculty and Staff Team on Thursday, June 8th at from 2:00-4:30 pm in Cortelyou Commons on the Lincoln Park Campus to give thanks for the generous service of those taking leave of the university at the end of this academic year, whether through VSIP or for any other reason. The reception is meant to provide a space for the DePaul community to send these folks forth with love, gratitude and best wishes.

This form is for those leaving DePaul to identify themselves. The sharing of your name is entirely optional/elective. Doing so enables others across the university to know you are leaving and to send you forth with good wishes. The Division of Mission and Ministry will be posting names before the event, updated each Wednesday and Friday on our blog site - https://blogs.depaul.edu/dmm/. All DePaul faculty and staff are invited to attend the celebration.
